The Bikaner Camel Festival is an annual celebration dedicated to the “Ship of the Desert,” showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Rajasthan. Organized by the Department of Tourism, the 2026 festival is scheduled from January 09th to 11th in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
The festival will commence with a vibrant procession of adorned camels, starting from the historic Junagarh Fort and proceeding through the main streets of Bikaner, culminating at the Dr. Karni Singh Stadium. This spectacle features camels decorated with traditional jewelry and fabrics, accompanied by their handlers in colorful attire.
